David Williams, whose native name was Tos-que, studied art at the Indian Art Center in Fort Sill, Oklahoma, and later at Bacone College. His work is part of the permanent collections of many museums, including the Smithsonian Institution’s National Museum of the American Indian in Washington, D.C.
This reproduction was created to commemorate the 1976 Indian Heritage Activities at Northeastern Oklahoma State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.
