Armond Antonio is a Navajo cowboy and an artist. His time is divided between tending his livestock in Pueblo Pintado, New Mexico and creating art. Antonio has described his work in the following language: “One day I’m painting and the next day I am with the cows.” Because Antonio does not own a car, he rode his horse for four days to deliver his art to a Santa Fe gallery for a 2021 exhibition of his work.
