Bobby Hill’s lonely Indian hunter on a barren landscape has seen better days. His ragged clothes suggest he has been on the trail for too long. Hill had a varied career as a technical illustrator, commercial artist, set designer, and painter. He also served in the U.S. Air Force in Korea. Hill’s work is included in the permanent collections of the Indian Arts and Crafts Board, the United States Department of the Interior in Washington, D.C. and the Museum of Northern Arizona in Flagstaff, Arizona.
