“Chickasaw Warrior” Head Study

Enoch Kelly Haney served as the Principal Chief of the Seminole Nation of Oklahoma. He created “The Guardian”, a bronze sculpture which adorns the Oklahoma State capitol dome. The Five Civiized Tribes Museum declared Haney a Master Artist in 1976. He also created the “Chickasaw Warrior” sculpture at the Chickasaw Nation headquarters in Ada, Oklahoma. This piece is a head study for that sculpture.
