Steven Paul Judd is a Kiowa/Choctaw artist, filmmaker, director, and screenwriter. He is well known for Native pop art, in which he combines Native imagery and pop culture mingled with historical context. Judd’s images are both humorous and powerful. He has collaborated on projects with Marvel, Disney, and HBO. Judd created the Indigenous superhero character American Eagle for the “Marvel Voices: Heritage #1” comic book. Judd lives in Oklahoma.
