Ruthe Blalock Jones is a celebrated female Native American artist. She won her first art award at the age of 15 at the Philbrook Art Museum's annual show in 1954. She was inducted into the Oklahoma Women's Hall of Fame in 1995, and was named the Red Earth Festival's Honored One in 2011. Her work can be found in the public collections of many museums, as well as the United States Department of the Interior....
